I may reject your request if I am not comfortable drawing it. Ex: Monsters, Furries, too complex designs, NSFW or any other reason.

An additional charge will be added if you do not have a clear design or the design is too complex. Descriptions or mood boards will not be accepted as a reference, but they are highly recommended if you are commissioning a design. For mood boards please provide at least 6 pictures.

You are not allowed to modify the model.

If you wish the artwork to be hidden during a certain time please inform me.

DO NOT upload any of my work to any AI by commissioning me you are agreeing to these terms

The time I take to finish a commission may vary from 4 to 6 weeks or more depending on other factors such as health, work or complexity of the design. If there is a delay I shall inform you. If you require the artwork to be urgent then an additional fee will be applied. (UPDATE 2024 - As stated above there is a delay on the ongoing commissions due to those same issues currently the time increased to around 4 months for the ongoing ones.)

Updates for the commission will be sent through Discord or Email depending on the client's preference.

There are max of 2 revisions up until the colored sketch phase. After that any major revision will have an additional fee so I'll continue the work once that fee is paid.

The commission is considered done once the final work has been delivered and client has given approval or hasn't replied within 48 hours.

I accept payment in EUR via Paypal.

Payment can be either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after the lineart and flats are completed.

I will send you and invoice requesting payment.

The artwork will be Digital in a PSD format with layers, ready to be rigged on Live2D.

Full refunds will only be allowed if the commissions has not been started. I will inform you once I start working on the artwork.

I retain the rights to use the artwork for my portfolio, post and promotion of commissions. If otherwise then there will be a privacy fee.

You may use this model for commercial purposes restricted to streaming and social media.

You are not allowed to use the Live2D illustration for merchandise. Please contact me in order to be granted this right as such an additional fee of x3 the final price will be charged.

You cannot resell my artwork.

You cannot sell the PSD file.

You cannot claim the artwork as your own work.

I require to be credited on your social media platform, you may use my Twitter handle as a crediting source for such.
